My diet tips for 2009? It's simple: Eat breakfast. I find that when I eat a good breakfast early in the morning after my exercises I don't feel hungry for the majority of the day. I can focus better on my work and I don't feel the need to buy snacks and nibble on food all throughout the day. From this practice of always remembering to eat a balanced breakfast, I find that my dinners have become alot lighter as well, and I've all but cut out midnight snacks from my diet. My lunches are mostly fruit, mainly because in the middle of the day I get a craving for something sweet. I try to stay away from sugar (but as I said earlier I have a weakness for chocolate) and eat fruits that are naturally sweet as a subsitute. I'm trying, and I know I've cheated a few times, but if I stick to it I can and will definitely start to see the changes I want in my body. I encourage not only a change of diet routines, but a change in mentality and outlook on the world as well. There is no excuse for not eating a healthy balanced meal, and I have to tell myself this everyday to stay motivated. What motivates me over all else is the results I see from my efforts. I want to reach out to others to find out what motivates them. What motivates you? If you want, contact me and share your thoughts. Hope to hear from you.
